My top favorite place in Madrid! It completely exceeded our expectations. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection, as always. Special thanks to Younes for his outstanding hospitality and constant smile. He truly made our visit extra special. It’s rare to find someone who makes the whole experience feel so exceptional. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Their side dishes were fresh and tasty. Their sangria was wonderful! If you’re a fan of lamb their roasted lamb was amazing and you can watch it being roasted! (I would even recommend you to try it here - get the 1/2 quarter - as it is prepared in a way that the lamb doesn’t have that strong “sheep flavor.”) Their roasted pork was also very good and a good alternative if you don’t eat lamb! We got biscuits and sweet wine on the house afterwards and it was a delightful treat. Staff was patient and kind towards us non-native speakers. Thank you for the experience!
Walked in for dinner and luckily they were able to accommodate us. The roast lamb was superb, one of the best I’ve ever tried. The cochinilio wasn’t available unfortunately. Price was decent and not too expensive. Enjoyed this dinner very much.
simplicity meets perfection. Their oven-roasted lamb, slow-cooked over a wood fire, is nothing short of spectacular. The skin crisps up beautifully, while the meat stays tender and full of rich, natural flavor—no heavy seasoning, just pure, high-quality lamb done right.
i will never forget this tasty beef … everything was great and you must make reservations
Great restaurant for the roasted lamb - lechazo asado. All you need is a salad, roasted peppers and wine. Maybe some jamon iberico. Highly recommended
The best cochinillo EVER! Some may say that this place is very "typical" but so worth it! We wanted to try the cochinillo, and this was the place to be in Madrid to do so. We asked for it when we made the reservation, as some times they run out of it. We also ordered croquetas and morcillas as starter, then the cochinillo and a entrecot and last a dessert. They were do nice, and added a candle to sign a happy birthday to one member! (Thank you Pacooooo!) Again, go for it! They have other places in Madrid (I believe three) so if you can find a table here, you can try on the others.
